Colwyn Bay FC took the lead when Tommy Creamer netted from a rebound after the Denbigh ‘keeper made a brilliant save from a Lloyd Marsh-Hughes header.
Denbigh Town equalised through Keelan Williams, but a diving header from Craig Lindfield put the Bay back in front. (2-1 to the Bay).
Lindfield scored his second to put the Bay 3-1 up.

For the second time this season The Faen suffered a cup exit following a penalty shoot-out.
This was undoubtedly The Faen’s best performance of the season but they couldn’t find a winning goal. Penalties ensued and The Faen lost the shoot-out 4-5.
This excellent performance should be a real boost for The Faen’s league campaign.
